Is 3DIMLI still free?
Yes. The free tier is free forever. You get 5GB storage and access to every feature. The 8% Flexible plan charges nothing monthly, only takes a cut when you actually earn, so if you do not sell, it costs you nothing.
What is the difference between Flexible and Fixed plans?
Flexible is 8% per sale with no monthly fee, best for new and low-volume sellers. Fixed is $25/month (or $250/year, ~$25/month — a 17% saving) with 0% platform fee, best for sellers doing real volume where the flat fee becomes cheaper than a percentage cut.
What does "MCP" mean and how does it run my store?
MCP (Model Context Protocol) is an open standard that lets AI assistants connect to tools. 3DIMLI has an OAuth-enabled public MCP server for compatible clients, so approved tools can help with profile, purchase, download, helpdesk, seller store, and product-management workflows. Can I sell things other than 3D models on 3DIMLI?
Yes. The new general-purpose Digital Product type lets you sell ebooks, presets, LUTs, Notion templates, audio packs, courses, AI models, software, or anything digital. 3D is only one slice of what the platform supports.
Can I sell services, calls, or workshops too?

What are product variants?

Do I really get a coupon as an existing seller?
Yes. Log in to your dashboard. The thank-you coupon is already there, no code to enter.
Is there a file size limit on uploads?
Your available storage depends on your plan and add-ons. Start with included storage, then upgrade if your catalog needs more room for 4K textures, full product packs, lossless audio, or large software bundles.
When do Dropbox and Google Drive save options launch?
Next week. Buyers will be able to push their downloads directly to Dropbox or Google Drive instead of downloading locally.
Will Slack, Discord, Google Chat, n8n, and Zapier integrations be free?
Yes. They are part of the platform. Connect them, get order and payout notifications wherever your team works, or automate flows via n8n and Zapier.
How do I protect my software or game from piracy?
Use the License Verification API. Generate a seller API token, call the verification endpoint from your app, plugin, or installer, and only unlock the product for verified buyers.
Is there a mobile app?
Yes. Android app is live. Check orders, message buyers, tweak pricing, and watch analytics from your phone. A Windows desktop app is also live for bulk uploads and offline work.
